The ChallengeX Board

Richard Pascale and Douglas Griffin have both significantly contributed to the development of the ChallengeX Method.  As academics they played a major role in bringing the insights of complexity science to the field of organizational change and leadership and thus stimulated a vivid discourse on the development of a new paradigm in this discipline.
